Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit Decisiontel or submit a consultation inquiry.
Effective October 30, 2026
About this policy
This policy describes the information handled through the Decisiontel website and its consultation inquiry form.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, the website stores the name, email address, organization, optional role, area of interest, and message you provide, together with your contact consent, a submission timestamp, and an inquiry reference and status.
How information is used
Inquiries are stored in the website's database for review and follow-up. The information supports responses to your inquiry, evaluation of potential advisory fit, and related business records.
Website security and cookies
The inquiry form uses temporary hashed identifiers derived from an email address and, when available, a network address to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. The inquiry system does not store the raw network address. The site code does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Confidentiality
Inquiry submissions are not a substitute for a signed engagement agreement or confidentiality agreement. Sensitive client, legal, financial, or proprietary information should be shared only after appropriate agreements are in place.
Service providers
The website uses service providers for hosting, database storage, and security. Those services process information as part of operating the website and receiving inquiries.
